• Files and Attachments: If you upload documents or images for analysis, these files are processed to extract text. Profile pictures are stored securely using cloud storage services.
• Authentication Data: We use authentication providers (Google/Firebase) to verify your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for specific, legitimate purposes:

• To Provide the Service: To create your account, manage your login session, and generate AI responses based on your inputs.
• To Personalize Experience: To address you by name and tailor technical explanations to your context.

3. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
• Secure Storage: User account data is stored in secure Firebase databases. Profile images are stored in Cloudinary.
• Local Storage: Your chat history is stored locally in your browser's "Local Storage" for quick access and privacy. Clearing your browser cache will remove this history from your device.

4. Sharing of Information

Elegets Electronics does not sell your personal data. We only share information with third-party service providers essential to operating the app:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication and database hosting.
• Cloudinary: For hosting profile images.
• AI Providers: Text inputs are sent to our Large Language Model (LLM) providers to generate answers. These providers do not use your data for training their public models without consent.

5. User Rights

As a user, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view your profile data within the application settings.
• Correction: You may update your profile information at any time.
• Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting our support team.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for engineering students and hobbyists. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.
